Question Types

Different questions collect different kinds of information. Here is what each input type means.

Short TextA single line of text — names, titles, simple values.
Long TextA multi-line field for descriptions, clauses, or longer answers.
DateA date picker. Select the exact date required.
NumberA numeric value such as a dollar amount or a duration in months.
Yes / NoA simple toggle. Your choice may show or hide additional questions.
Single ChoicePick one option from a predefined list.
Multiple ChoiceSelect all that apply from a list of options.
AddressA structured address form (street, city, province, postal code, country). All fields are filled in separately and combined automatically in the document.

Tips

AI HelperEvery question has an AI assistant button on the right. Click it to get a plain-language explanation of what the question is asking and what a typical answer looks like.
Save your progressYour answers are saved automatically after each question. You can leave and come back later — your session will still be there under "My Documents".
Editing an answerOn the review screen, click "Edit" next to any answer to correct it. You will be taken directly to that question without losing your other answers.
Multiple documentsYou can create as many documents as you need. All your past documents appear on the "My Documents" page where you can download them at any time.
